PRECISION PICK & PLACE
PLATFORM – SCARA robot, X,Y precision linear motors, closed loop servo press, heated vacuum tooling plate, high resolution color cameras, cleanroom compatible
USER INTERFACE – Computer monitors and internet enabled observational cameras
PROCESS – Picking and placing of oversized (5″ x 5″) components, placements to within +/-0.005″, tool plate temperatures up to 140C, and placement forces from 100 to 6000 grams.
